Canceling your Subscription

You can cancel your Supaframe subscription at any time. When you cancel, you’ll still have access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your Supaframe dashboard.

2. Go to the Billing page.

3. Click Manage Subscription.

4. You’ll be redirected to the secure Polar Customer Portal.

5. In the portal, select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

What Happens After Cancelation

• Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

• At the end of the cycle, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan.

• Any components or submissions beyond the Free Plan limits will be deactivated or hidden until you upgrade again.

Tip: Cancelation doesn’t delete your account or your saved data. If you re-subscribe later, you’ll regain access to all previous submissions and components.
