Managing your Subscription
All Supaframe subscriptions are handled securely through Polar.sh, our payment and billing provider. You can manage your subscription anytime through the Polar Customer Portal.
Accessing the Customer Portal
Log in to your Supaframe dashboard.
Go to the Billing page.
Click the Manage Subscription button.
You’ll be redirected to the Polar Customer Portal in a secure browser tab.
What You Can Do in the Polar Customer Portal
Inside the Customer Portal, you can:
Cancel your subscription (access continues until the end of your billing cycle)
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Switch between monthly and annual billing
Update your billing information (name, address, VAT ID)
Change your payment method (credit card or other supported options)
View and download invoices for your records
Tip: If you cancel and later decide to return, you can easily re-subscribe through the same portal without losing your account data.
